The Newsroom - In Nevada, incumbent Democrat Harry Reid is facing Republican challenger Sharron Angle, a former member of the Nevada State Assembly and Tea Party favorite for a United States Senate Seat. Reid, who has historically been a safe candidate, is in a tight race against Angle, mostly since of an anti-incumbency mood in voters across the nation. Reid is also tied closely to President Obama, whose approval ratings are dropping. Senators serve six-year terms. More information:
