Terribly sad situation.
Former Kitchen Nightmares contestant Joe Cerniglia committed suicide after jumping off the George Washington Bridge in NYC at the end week. Fresh Jersey restaurateur/husband/father-of-three Cerniglia was reportedly in deep debt.
