Funeral protests test limits of free speech at Supreme Court (The Newsroom)
The Newsroom - On Wednesday, Oct. 6, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments in a potentially groundbreaking First Amendment condition. Known as Snyder v. Phelps, it pits a grieving father who lost his son in Iraq against zealous religious protesters in a check of just how far someone can push the boundaries of autonomous of charge speech.
