Rights leaders scoff at Mall rally

Civil rights leaders marking the 47th anniversary of Martin Luther King, Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" speech Saturday scorned a nearby Glenn Beck-led rally, saying it came with a presumption that King's discourse can be used as a conservative platform.<div class="feedflare">
