Democrats: No vote before elections on tax cuts

Senate Democrats will not ballot on extending Bush-era tax cuts for the middle class before the midterm elections. "The reality is, we will not pass what needs to be passed to alter this either in the Senate or the House before the election," Sen. Dick Durbin said Thursday.<div class="feedflare">
